The Policy of our organization define operation lines to which the management is inspired to establish the development of the organization, not only in compliance with legislative requirements and of standards applied, but also of the sustainability overall.

To affirm the competitiveness and the profitability of the company on an increasingly demanding market, it must be achieved and maintain an excellent position for the ability to provide quality products in compliance with principles of environmental safeguard, the occupational health and safety protection, as part of an ethical approach and aimed at safeguarding workers’ rights.

This set of requirements can be seen on needs and expectations of stakeholders and in particular of the Client. More then qualitative aspects, the same attention is given to the safety on work environment, taking care of:

  • The constant updating of competence and awareness of own human resources
  • The continuous improvement of own operating methods
  • Research of materials, products and technologies considering the product life cycle and also on the different process’ phases activated for the realization and placing on the market, the reduce of the environmental impact by analyzing energy consumption and reducing waste
  • Use of equipment / PPE / plants and technologies adapting to developments and to changes
  • In compliance with applicable legislation on function according to activities carried out with attention to requirements for safety in working place and for environmental
  • In compliance with principles supported by ILO (International Labour Organization) also referred to the company and territorial welfare

That is why, our organization check periodically the context and changes that could impact on corporate BUSINESS CONTINUITY. The Management sincerely believes that the development of the organization based on above commitments, can be carried out it only by setting and maintain active a Management System based on international regulations (UNI ENISO 9001-14001-45001, SA800) trying to integrate together and to fit to the various sector.

A good management system is, in fact, the main element that decides the future of the Company on a competitive Market to:

  • Define strategy and targets that consider not only qualitative commitments, but also the ones such as safety and the reduce of the environmental impact.
  • Encourage the company staff to an active participation on these principles
  • Trying to give more cohesion to the various production areas of the Company, involve the staff on a relationship of mutual collaboration
  • Set in a different way toward costumers, favouring efficiency and effectiveness controlled criteria, without neglecting the economy of the company management, basic element for the survival as our, but granted the safety and health of workers and environmental requirements
  • Manage better and punctually issues regarding Safety and Health
  • Develop the organization always reducing risks for the safety and environment
  • Trying to grow the company so that can be innovative and flexible, able to adapt and continuously redesign according to needs and market requests and its customer, but always in compliance with legislation
  • Confront with workers to accommodate them needs and to communicate the compliance with ILO principles above mentioned, the non-discrimination and gender equality

The Company sets ambitious goals on which to base its own Policy that Management has identified in:

  • Promotion of all initiatives to achieve then continuous improvements with systematic approach, implement, control and review; all that with a view of eco-friendly development, rationalisation of resource, of process quality, of the safety of the work place and of the public maximum transparency.
  • Prevention of injuries and illnesses and to the continuous improve on the management and on the safety performances;
  • Identification of relevant activities in order to respect of contractual qualitative requirements, with the aim to keep under control;
  • Acceptance of only contracts for which can be assured the completely compliance of qualitative requirements according to the Know-how and to the corporate equipment;
  • Research and Qualification of Supplier of products/services considered critical for Quality, Safety and respect for the Environment, setting with them a relationship of mutual collaboration and trust;
  • Take the Company at level of Quality and respect of all environmental and safety legislation such as to qualify from own Clients and certified from accredited Institutions;
  • Enhancement of humas sources to stimulate the employee participation to the improvement, to the safety and the awareness of the environmental values;
  • Prohibition to pursue any activities that could lead to suspicious of corruption, collusion, market support and/or subjects and/or actions inadequate or doubtful.

These objectives are shared by all staff that, in addition to engaging for the right management of System, provides also stimulus to Direction to implementation and continuous improvement. The development is based on Risk-Management techniques through the identification of threats and opportunities following risks assessment.
